Vickie Lynn Cox Scott, age 70 of Greensburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late Earl Cox and Viola Mae Featherstone Cox, was born on Monday, December 1, 1952, in Shelbyville, Indiana and departed this life on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at her home. She was 70 years, 9 months, and 22 days of age.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ, was a Certified Nursing Assistant and caretaker for many years and loved to craft.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffrey Charles Scott on August 14, 2021, having united in marriage on December 1, 2001.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law: Ellen Mae and David Riley of Greensburg; two grandchildren: Sarah Riley and boyfriend, Don Taylor of Greensburg, and Jennifer Marie Riley of Lebanon; three great-grandchildren: Jaden Riley, Ava Hunter, and Addi Taylor; a brother: Delmar Cox of Indiana; a sister: Denise Hogan of Indiana; special friends: Janet Wright and William England; and a host of other relatives and friends.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers: Ronnie Cox and Michael Cox.
