Phyllis Allen Antle Milby of Summersville, Kentucky, daughter of the late Harvey Edgar Antle and Lida Judy Penick Antle, was born on Friday, September 15, 1939 in Taylor County and departed this life on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at the Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville. She was 81 years, 2 months and 23 days of age.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Hodges Chapel United Methodist Church. She was a lifelong homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Woodruff Milby on March 5, 1999.
Other survivors include: four daughters and three sons-in-law: Connie and Robert Glasscoe and Debbie Bardin, all of Summersville, Donna and Keith Allen and Lisa and Steve Beard, all of Campbellsville; one son and his fiancé’: Mickey Milby and Debbie Scott of Summersville; nine grandchildren: Rylee Beard, Sydnee Beard, Kyle Glasscoe and fiancé Jasmine Jones, Taylor Glasscoe and fiancé Levi Ratliff, Teisha Bardin and fiancé Joey Cavin, Tiffanie Bardin and companion Kyle Rakes, Samantha Allen, Jessi Allen, and Geremy Allen; two step grandchildren: Anna Nicholas and Noah Scott; eight great grandchildren; two step great grandchildren; one sister and a brother-in-law: Gardenia and Red Jeffries of Florida; a brother and a sister-in-law: Charles and Betty Milby of Summersville; a special niece: Kim O’Neil and a host of other relatives and friends.


Private funeral services for Mrs. Phyllis Allen Antle Milby will be held on Saturday at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg with burial to follow in the Green County Memory Gardens. Bro. Merle Young will be officiating.

A walk-thru visitation will be held from 4 PM Central time until 7 PM Friday and from 7 AM until 10:30 AM Saturday at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg.

Memorials are suggested to be made to Gideon Bibles or the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital which can be made at the funeral home.

Due to the governor’s mandate, all services are limited to 25 persons. Please continue to practice social distancing guidelines.
