Margena Price

Mrs. Margena Carol Bishop Price was born September 15, 1940 in Green County, KY to the late Weldon and Mary Shuffett Bishop. She departed this life Saturday, June 4, 2016 at her home in the Grab Community of Green County, having attained the age seventy-five years, eight months and nineteen days.

Mrs. Price had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended the Old Salem Baptist Church. She was a childcare giver and homemaker. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her husband: Paul William Price, one grandchild: Braiden Meadows and one brother: Jackie Bishop.

She is survived by two sons and two daughters: Karsten Price, Renita Price, Dana and Ricky Arnett and Tommy Price all of Green County, grandchildren: Jonathan and Tiffany Meadows, Tammy and Alan Cundiff, Thomas Price and Gaige Meadows, great grandchildren: Abrie Meadows, Liam Meadows and Madelyn Cundiff, two brothers and their wives: Ronnie and Sharon Bishop and Joey and Karen Bishop, all of Greensburg, four sisters and their husbands: Bernice and Marcus Wisdom, Faye and Gordan Davis, all of Greensburg, Charlotte and Jimmy Bradley of Burkesville, Susan and Tom Kelly, of Greensburg, three sisters-in-law: Lillian Bishop, Pat and husband Scotty Davis and Janice Mays, all of Greensburg.

Place and time of service: Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home - 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 8, 2016

Visitation: 5 p.m. til 8 p.m. Tuesday and after 7 a.m. Wednesday at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home

Interment In: Green County Memory Garden, Summersville, KY

Pallbearers: Thomas Price, Karsten Price, Tommy Price, Jonathan Meadows, Gaige Meadows, Alan Cundiff, Marlon Wooldridge and Ricky Arnett
